BELEM, PARA STATE, BRAZIL - JUNE 30, 2017: Bacuri (Platonia insignis ) candy exposed for sale at an organic produts fair in Belem. Family chocolate and regional fruits candy production exposed for sale at an organic produts fair in Belem. Chocolate powder, cocoa nibs and chocolate bars handicrafted in Combu Island are made of Foratero species, considered a native amazonian cocoa specie. In front of Belem City, Combu Island houses about 200 families, almost half of them nowadays working in the chocolate production.
